For nearly 100 years, the Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association of Kasnas has been representing the independent petroleum marketing industry in Kansas.
Today, through membership in PMCA, petroleum distributors, gasoline retailers and convenience store operators may avail themselves to a wide selection of programs and services designed specifically to help them in the day-to-day operations of their business. In addition, PMCA provides education programs and networking opportunities to keep members in the know and connected to other segments of the industry.
Through lobby representation in the Kansas Legislature, PMCA seeks to obtain passage of legislation favorable to the interests of members. Regulatory guidance provided by the association keeps members informed on state and federal compliance issues.
PMCA also offers, to their members, services and programs (insurance, credit card processing, decals, supplies, custom invoices, etc.) that are affordable and often not available elsewhere.
Tank Management Services, Inc. (TMS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PMCA, provides valuable environmental services to tank owners (statistical inventory reconciliation, electronic data interchange and third-party insurance). TMS also sponsors EPA-required training programs for persons engaged in the operation of underground storage tanks.
PMCA also has an active associate member roster of nearly 100 companies whose products and services are vital to the success of petroleum distributorships, convenience stores and retail outlets.

The Coalition for Jobs and Consumer Choice (CJCC) represents hundreds of companies and thousands of Kansans who recognize the immediate and positive impact that updated laws on the sale of beer, wine, and spirits will have on the Kansas economy.
For the first time, convenience stores, grocery stores, and retailers--large and small-- have come together to support the passage of this critical piece of legislation.
