Membership Categories - PMCA of Kansas Distributor Member Licensed Kansas petroleum marketers, including distributors with convenience stores. Annual membership dues for distributors are based on gallonage figures supplied by the Kansas Department of Revenue. Distributor gasoline gallonage is calculated at 17 cents per 1,000 gallons. Distributor diesel gallonage is also calculated at 17 cents per 1,000 gallons. Supplemental dues for convenience stores ($50 per location) are added to the minimum dues amount or to the gallonage-based dues calculation per company. Minimum distributor dues are $295 per year. Maximum distributor dues are $3000 per year. Retailer Member Owners/operators of retail service stations and/or convenience stores. Base annual dues are $145, which covers one retail service station or one convenience store. Supplemental dues of $50 per location are assessed for each additional service station or convenience store. Associate Member Affiliated companies which provide products and services to petroleum marketers, retailers and convenience store owners. Annual membership dues for the four categories of Associate Members are: Petroleum Supplier or Tobacco Supplier - $1500 Petroleum or C-store Equipment Supplier - $675 C-store Candy and/or Tobacco Distributor - $675 Professional Service or Allied Products Provider - $375 Sustaining Member PMCA members who have sold their companies or retired are still welcome to be a part of the association… and they are heartily invited to do so. The connections and friendships attained by virtue of PMCA membership can last a lifetime and should be perpetuated. A modest annual Sustaining Membership fee allows a retired or former member to maintain ties to PMCA through association publications and reduced registration fees. A sustaining member must have been an active member of the association at the time of his/her retirement or sale of company. Interested in joining PMCA?
