We Card is a program that helps prevent undearage sales of tobacco through the Coalition for Responsible Tobacco Retailing, Inc.

Holiday Highways is PMCA's annual Safety Program that allows extra patrol time for Kansas Highway Patrol troopers during the period of heaviest holiday traffic between Christmas and New Year's Day.

PMCA Fuel Crisis Co-op participants help ensure an adequate fuel supply throughout Kansas during shortages caused by terminal outages, natural disasters, pipeline disruptions or other catastrophic or regional events.

Legislative Representation

PMCA's lobbyists are actively monitoring and analyzing proposed legislation during the 90-day session of the Kansas Legislature.  PMCA advocates on behalf of their members, based on what is important to their businesses.  PMCA promotes a grassroots approach to lobbying, always encouraging members to participate.

PMCA members are represented on the federal level as well, by the Petroleum Marketers Association of America, a federation of state petroleum marketer associations.  PMAA monitors legislative and regulatory activity in Washington, D.C., and maintains a strong lobbying presence for the nations's petroleum marketers.
