FMCSA Declares Hours of Service Waiver for KS, NE and IA

Fuel True is pleased to announce that, with the help of the Energy Marketers of America (EMA), we have secured the requested regional (KS, NE, IA) waiver of hours-of-service regulations.

Click here to see the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's regional emergency declaration and the extension of State emergency declarations.

This waiver will be in effective until the end of the emergency or 11:59 pm, June 30, 2025.

Each scholarship recipient must be one of the following:

Child or grandchild of a Fuel True member;
Child of a full-time employee of a Fuel True member; or
Employee of a Fuel True member.

And match with these requirements:

Applicant must be at least 17 years-old.
Applicant must be a current high school senior, have graduated from an accredited high school or have attained the equivalency of a high school diploma.
Applicant will be enrolled in a Kansas college/university or Kansas technical/vocational or trade school as a full-time (12 hours minimum) student.
